We have used Flavio Lima since May 1999.  He and his wife are so trustworthy and do a fantastic job. They used to

clean for me  twice a month, but now that my children are grown, we went down to once a month. I know that my

home is in great hands.    I have recommended them to several of my friends.   They are the best!!!!!

Description Of Work: 

Flavio and Anna cleaning of our 2500sq ft, 3bed 2bath house every 2 weeks. Cleaning includes polishing floors, dusting

kitchen  counters and sink, thorough bathroom cleaning as well. all glass surfaces as well as wood furniture.

Flavio and Anna are very helpful in our maintaining a clean house. The twice a month cleaning service helps me a lot.

They are always on time and in the last year that I have used them they have never called in sick or changed dates.

They are affordable,  dependable and super nice. If you have a special request they will work with you on price. We

just do a general basic cleaning  and they do a great job overall. Most of all they are trustworthy.

They clean my house (approx 3000 sq/ft) including kitchen, all bathrooms, vacuum, and dust all surfaces, including

ceiling fans.
